SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Standard Shipping
FedEx will deliver your package within 7 - 10 business days from receipt of your order. Please allow a day or two to create your product for you.

Express Delivery
For an additional $10.00 per address, we will provide Express Delivery by Federal Express to most destinations. (Orders received before 3pm EST Monday through Thursday arrive in two to three business days; orders placed Friday and Saturday arrives on Wednesday.)

Overnight Delivery
For an additional $20.00, we will provide Overnight Delivery by Federal Express to most destinations. Please check with us on service limitations. (Orders received after 3pm EST Monday through Thursday arrive in two business days; orders placed Friday and Saturday arrives on Tuesday.)

FEDERAL EXPRESS:

Federal Express has been selected as our premier delivery service. However, some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier. For more information, please call us with your preferred carrier. It is also possible to ship items via the U.S. Postal Service.

If you are making your purchase online, please email us for international shipping information, and again, with your preferred carrier. We will get a shipping quote to you as soon as possible.

Returns policy

Every item sold by Cottage Rose Enterprises is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a Cottage Rose Enterprises purchase or gift for any reason, please send it back to us within 30 days accompanied by a valid CRE phone/web order receipt.

You may return merchandise purchased by phone/web through the mail for a replacement, exchange or credit. To return phone or web orders, please contact Customer Service at (585) 746-7938 to get a return merchandise authorization number. Send the package with a copy of your receipt and the following information:
